Foundations for Social Change is not a traditional non-profit. It acts as an incubator of new ideas that are tested scientifically and moved from pilot research into permanent policy. How You’ll Help

We are looking for a dedicated team member to support as a Volunteer Coordinator and help build FSC's current Knowledge Philanthropists (KP’s) program. Main responsibilities will include:

• Organizing and co-leading regular KP meetings and check-ins

• Developing and/or editing KP role postings for new or replacement volunteers

• Managing the KP onboarding process, reviewing candidates, conducting interviews and inducting KPs into the organisation.

• Developing new ideas and executing processes to improve KP recognition and engagement

Your Experience & Abilities

• You reflect our values of courage, compassion & connection

• You have some experience in volunteer engagement, recruitment and coordination

• You enjoy finding new ways of working to make our teams more efficient and connected

• You are able to commit 10-15 hours a month for a minimum 6 month period

• You are able to contribute remotely off a personal device (currently most of our work is remote, although we’re hoping to increase in person contact as we move into 2022!)

• Familiarity with Keela and Google Drive is an asset
